POSITION SUMMARY

Be part of the Consulting & Investment team at Dynata and contribute to making Dynata the best source of quality data for commercial due diligence and strategic projects in the industry. Lead a team of talented sales people, help them achieve success and develop in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to the growth of a market leader in one of its most successful segments of clients

As C&I EMEA Sales Director, your role is to ensure profitable and sustainable business growth of a defined set of customers and prospects handled by a team of talented sales people across EMEA. You take responsibility for defining and executing sales strategies, contributing to the company GoToMarket initiatives, for bringing the best value to our customers, and for unlocking the potential of your team through coaching and development, helping them thrive in a context of company transformation. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

These include the following. Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of management in the context of the role.

Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the GoToMarket of the company to hit monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets associated with your team Help your team define their business priorities and execute quarterly and weekly reviews to monitor individual sales performance, and help them grow their pipeline Build and maintain client relationships through taking part to client meetings, engaging in social media and participating to conferences or events Master Dynata products, services, pricing, and how to apply these to satisfy client needs and fulfill project requirements Seek competitive insights and intelligence to inform the company of challenges and opportunities in the marketplace Ensure company priorities are understood, and executed, and help your team execute the company transformation initiatives Lead and develop your team members through career development initiatives, identify learning opportunities and knowledge gaps, and regularly engage in career conversations Support company wide initiatives aimed at making Dynata a great place to work, through attention to Diversity and Inclusion, mental health and employee engagement initiatives Perform all required administrative and reporting tasks assigned to Sales Directors and ensure these are always executed by team members under your lead, including invoicing management, forecasting and weekly reporting Be Back up to Sales Director/Managers with clients and/or internal meeting when the Director/Manager is away

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Accountability – Deliver results while managing changing priorities and maintaining direction and focus through proactive planning and organization. Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and be conscientious and reliable. 

Leadership Skills - Candidates should have experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies that drive growth and profitability. Ability to model behavior and attributes expected by others, to help and coach a team grow and develop, to share vision and model execution. Be an enabler for other people under your lead to thrive in a context of transformation and evolution.

Strong Client Relationship Management - Candidates should have experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Expertise in Consulting or Private Equity environments is preferred. In addition to the key experience features, candidates with a background in the Consulting industry are highly encouraged to apply. Your understanding of the consulting landscape, coupled with your sales expertise, will be invaluable in driving our business growth and shaping our sales strategies.

Expertise in Insights Solutions is preferred. Understands business strategy and processes while able to applying to local objectives. Able to prioritize effectively in complex and fast changing environments.

Teamwork - Ability to work effectively independently and harmoniously within a team while communicating a “can do” attitude and positive outlook. Willing to pitch in and do more than is required.
