En 2008, Pierre-Henri et Sébastien créent Weezevent avec une idée originale: répondre aux besoins des organisateurs d'événements, via une solution en self-service. Aujourd’hui, nous proposons à plus de 300 000 organisateurs d’événements, des solutions technologiques innovantes de billetterie, de cashless et de contrôle d’accès.
Grâce à l’investissement, la passion et au professionnalisme des équipes, nous sommes désormais la deuxième billetterie en France et l’acteur principal de cashless en Europe. Une centaine de collaborateurs, présents à Paris, Montréal, Madrid, Londres et Lausanne, adresse le marché dans plus de trente pays.
Nos clients organisent tous types de manifestations et de toutes tailles, parmi lesquels en France : le Vendée Globe, le Mondial de l’Auto, le Salon de l’Agriculture, le Hellfest, le défilé du 14 juillet pour l’Elysée, le PSG, et bien d’autres. Dans le cadre d’un prestigieux projet, Weezevent vous propose aujourd’hui de rejoindre l’aventure, avec un poste d’Olympics & Paralympics Games hotline assistant (H/F, poste en CDD basé au siège à Clichy ou dans le 3e arrondissement de Paris).
Poste
Dans le cadre des Jeux Olympiques & Paralympiques, vous collaborez avec Manon & Déborah, respectivement, Client Service Manager & Client Success Manager. En tant qu’Olympics & Paralympics Games hotline assistant, vous apportez assistance aux participants concernés par le contrôle d’accès. En étant le premier point de contact des utilisateurs, vous êtes la voix et la signature de Weezevent et des JO. Avec réactivité, empathie et sourire, vous les accompagnez dans leur enregistrement sur la plateforme:
- Catégorisation du besoin par téléphone ;
- Réponse selon un cahier des charges ;
- Reporting et suivi global ;
- Remontée d’alerte.
Ce poste en CDD est à pourvoir de début juin à la mi-août 2024.
Profil recherché
Pour mener à bien cette mission, you understand what is written and you can have a conversation in english. Votre bon niveau d’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, vous permet d’aider qualitativement l’ensemble des participants étrangers. Au-delà de ce prérequis, nous recherchons avant tout une personnalité :
- Vous avez un sens du service client hors pairs ;
- Vous aimez parler au serveur/serveuse et ou au caissier/caissière au supermarché ;
- Vous restez calme quand tout le monde s’énerve ;
- Vous aimez aider les gens, leur apporter rapidement des réponses et leur rendre la vie plus facile ;
- Débrouillard, vous êtes persuadé qu’il n’y a pas de problèmes, mais que des solutions à trouver ;
- Rigoureux.se, vous êtes à l’aise à l’oral et à l’écrit, et le tout sans faute ;
- Vous vous investissez à 200% dans ce que vous entreprenez.
