We are looking for a HR Analytics Intern to join our team
Are you passionate about using data to improve the workplace? If so, then you might be the perfect candidate for our HR analytics internship As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that will help us better understand our candidates/employees and how we can create a more engaging, effective and productive workplace experience. You will use your analytical skills to collect, analyze, and interpret data, and you will work with our HR team to develop insights that can be used to improve our HR strategies and practices.

You will be working on challenges that matter 
In this role, you will:
• Collect and analyze HR data from our HRIS and AI-powered Talent Intelligence platform
• Work on innovative projects related to Talent Acquisition, Diversity and inclusion, Learning & development (Artificial Intelligence…)
• Conduct in-depth data analysis, modeling 
• Develop HR dashboards using data visualization tools
• Make recommendations based on your analysis
• Work in multi-cultural environment
 
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A strong interest in HR analytics and data analysis Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, and other data analysis software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team

This internship is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of HR analytics and to work with experienced HR professionals on innovative projects.

You will also have the opportunity to network with our Global Network and to learn about the latest trends in HR analytics/Artificial Intelligence.
