Déjà adoptées par 140 000 entreprises clientes, ces solutions simples et performantes permettent aux entreprises, de la TPE à la multinationale, en passant par les administrations, de faire de la transformation numérique un levier de développement à part entière.

Dans le cadre de notre stratégie de croissance, nous recrutons un Responsable Relation Partenaires (Channel Manager) pour gérer un portefeuille de Partenaires ICT (Information & Communication Technologies).

Ainsi, vous intégrerez la Direction Exécutive B2B et plus particulièrement l'équipe Pilotage Programme & Relations Partenaires au sein de la Direction Avant-Vente.

Vos missions seront les suivantes : 

Assurer la gestion d'un portefeuille de partenaires 

Maitriser les programmes de nos partenaires (formation, certifications, suivi des budgets et 'rebates', accompagnement sur les audits, proposition d'optimisation des programmes, suivi des droits et devoirs)

Alignement de la gestion partenaires avec la Stratégie de développement de SFR Business 

Définition des objectifs avec nos partenaires

Proposition et suivi des plans d'animations et autres actions commerciales 

Assurer les échanges avec les Directions Commerciales SFR et celles des partenaires 

Suivi du portefeuille pour les projets majeurs 

Contribuer à obtenir les meilleures conditions d'achats (discounts)

Pilotage de la gouvernance aussi bien au niveau C-Level, qu'un niveau Business 

Suivi des niveaux de certification afin d'optimiser nos expertises selon la stratégie SFR 

Participer aux diverses instances : comité partenaires, Business Reviews, Technical Reviews, comité certifications ... 

Organiser la planification et la participation des équipes SFR aux événements partenaires 

Interagir avec les Directions AVV et Opérations afin de s'assurer de la meilleure expertise techniques des équipes SFR.

Profil

Une très bonne connaissance de l'écosystème des partenaires ICT, avec idéalement une expérience dans le domaine de la Cybersécurité.

Aisance relationnelle afin d'échanger au quotidien à tous les niveaux d'organisation aussi bien en interne qu'avec nos partenaires. 

Le poste impose également un bon niveau d'autonomie et une capacité à structurer le suivi et les plans d'actions, tout en assurant la qualité du reporting.

Des échanges en Anglais sont évidemment à prévoir.
