We are currently looking for an Associate Director, Corporate & Compliance counsel to join the Legal team within the Dean’s office department in our Fontainebleau campus. This is a full time, permanent contract.
S/he will manage and promote a strong culture of integrity and compliance.
S/he will be responsible for critical tasks :
Oversee INSEAD corporate governance structures (France, Singapore, UAE, USA), including foundations (11 jurisdictions); general corporate matters including corporate reorganization. Establish a compliance governance (incl. a committee), and a roadmap. Design and implement compliance programs (sanctions, competition law, anti-corruption, AML, gifts, etc.). Prepare, review standards, procedures, and processes, materials and toolkits, communications, trainings etc. Design and implement a third-party risk management process, in close collaboration with Risk dept. Manage due diligences and investigations. As part of the governance, lead a network of internal correspondents worldwide, raise awareness. Create a culture of awareness and compliance, ensure tone from the top with a visible and proactive support. Digitalize the compliance activities.The successful candidate should have the following profile :
A Law degree or other relevant professional legal qualifications. 8-10 years of relevant experience in an international environment (multinational company or large law firm). Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to details. Able to function effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment. Ability to work in an international environment. Excellent command of written and spoken English.Kindly note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Nous recherchons actuellement un Juriste Senior, Corporate & Compliance (F/H), pour rejoindre l'équipe Juridique au sein du Dean’s office sur notre campus de Fontainebleau .
Il/elle aura la responsabilité de la gestion et de la promotion d’une forte culture d'intégrité et de conformité.
Il/elle sera responsable des missions suivantes :
Superviser et suivre les structures de gouvernance de l'INSEAD (France, Singapour, EAU, USA), y compris les fondations (11 juridictions), participer à la préparation des comités, conseils et assemblées et aux diverses opérations de réorganisation. Mettre en place une gouvernance de la conformité (y compris un comité), et une feuille de route. Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des programmes de conformité (sanctions, concurrence, anti-corruption, AML, dons, etc.). Préparer et revoir les politiques et procédures, la documentation et les boîtes à outils, les communications, les formations, etc. Concevoir et mettre en œuvre un processus de gestion des risques liés aux tiers, en étroite collaboration avec le département des risques. Gérer les due diligence et les enquêtes. Dans le cadre de la gouvernance, animer un réseau de correspondants internes dans le monde entier et sensibiliser sur le sujet. Créer une culture de sensibilisation et de conformité, impulser les directives avec un soutien visible et proactif. Digitaliser les activités de conformité.Le candidat idéal doit avoir le profil suivant :
Formation juridique (Master 2 ou équivalent) en droit des affaires ou droit des sociétés. 8-10 ans d'expérience significative dans un environnement international (entreprise multinationale ou grand cabinet d'avocats). Excellentes compétences organisationnelles dans un environnement dynamique. Etre méticuleux. Capacité à fonctionner efficacement dans un environnement exigeant et axé sur le travail d'équipe. Capacité à travailler dans un environnement international. Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais écrit et parlé.A noter que seuls les candidats présélectionnés seront rappelés.
