Le Channel Planner a pour mission de garantir une communication à 360°, en veillant à la présence optimale des marques ou produits sur les moteurs de recherche et en atteignant les objectifs fixés. Son expertise se déploie tant sur les réseaux sociaux que sur les plateformes professionnelles. Voici une liste non-exhaustive des canaux, des plus courants aux moins utilisés :
Moteurs de recherche : Google et autres moteurs de recherche populaires. Réseaux sociaux : Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn et YouTube, qui offrent une vaste audience et diverses opportunités de communication. Médias sociaux émergents : Surveiller de nouveaux médias sociaux en plein essor pour capter des publics spécifiques. Emailing : Utiliser des solutions d’emailing pour atteindre directement les clients potentiels. Display : Mettre en place des campagnes publicitaires visuelles pour renforcer la présence en ligne. Contenus éditoriaux : Créer du contenu varié, comme des articles, vidéos, infographies, etc., pour intéresser et engager l’audience. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) : Optimiser le référencement naturel (SEO) et utiliser Google Adwords pour des campagnes payantes ciblées. Autres canaux : Explorer de nouvelles opportunités publicitaires en ligne pour toucher des segments de marché spécifiques.Quelle est la position du Channel Planner au sein d’une entreprise ?
Le Channel Planner occupe une position centrale dans les décisions liées au marketing digital d’une entreprise.
En tant qu’intermédiaire entre l’entreprise et les clients, le Channel Planner collabore avec les directeurs pour définir la stratégie social media et établir des rapports. Il travaille également en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques (développeurs et intégrateurs) pour remonter les problèmes techniques liés au site internet. De plus, il est en contact avec les commerciaux, car les médias sociaux sont devenus un canal privilégié pour les clients pour partager leurs avis sur les produits et/ou services de l’entreprise.
Selon le type de société, le Channel Planner peut travailler au sein de différents services tels que le marketing, la communication, ou le département éditorial. Il peut aussi exercer en agence ou en tant qu’indépendant (Channel Planner freelance), gérant ainsi la promotion numérique de plusieurs entreprises simultanément.
Quelle formation suivre pour devenir Consultant RSE ?
Après l’obtention du BAC, il est conseillé de poursuivre ses études en effectuant un , d’une durée de 3 ans, reconnu Bac+3 et équivalent à une licence (RNCP niveau 6). Ce programme offre la possibilité de se spécialiser en Stratégie Digitale lors de la troisième année.
Une fois titulaire d’un diplôme Bac+3, il est alors possible de commencer un Mastère 1 Innovation, Communication & Digital marketing, qui dure un an. Puis de poursuivre avec un Mastère 2 Stratégies digitales & E-business. Ce Mastère est reconnu Bac+5 et équivalent à un niveau master (RNCP niveau 7).
