Senior Compliance Officer

Rattaché(e) à la Banque Privée Monégasque et basé(e) à Monaco, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
  • Prendre part au Comité des entrées en relations et gérer les procédures KYC,
  • Assurer une veille des procédures en matière de KYC selon la réglementation monégasque et les normes de la Banque,
  • Assurer les contrôles de second niveau des alertes dans le cadre des normes et de la prévention LCB-FT-C, et identifier celles devant faire l'objet d'investigations approfondies,
  • Identifier les alertes nécessitant des investigations approfondies,
  • Réaliser le plan de contrôles permanents des risques de non-conformité,
  • Participer à la production des reportings réglementaires,
  • Assurer les échanges avec le SICCFIN et les autorités de contrôle monégasques,
  • Participer à la formation et à la diffusion des bonnes pratiques auprès des collaborateurs de la banque en matière de conformité et de sécurité financière

Profil recherché


Senior dans le métier, vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie d'à minima 4 ans en qualité de Compliance Officer ?

Vous maitrisez les processus Compliance du secteur bancaire monégasque ?

Vous maitrisez l'anglais ?

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre aisance relationnelle qui vous permet d'accomplir à bien vos missions en lien avec les forces commerciales et/ou les autres membres de votre équipe ?

Vous avez pour ambition de rejoindre un établissement bancaire réputé sur le marché et offrant des plans de carrière sur le long terme en local ?
