**Votre mission**:
Dans le cadre de ses recrutements, **Netty** recherche un **Customer Success Manager** en **CDI** sur **Strasbourg**.
Sous la responsabilité de la Responsable Customer Success et dans le cadre des services que nous proposons, vous serez l'interlocuteur dédié à un portefeuille de clients pour l'accompagner tout au long de son parcours clients, avec une forte collaboration des équipes supports clients et commerciales.
**Pour ce faire, vos missions seront les suivantes**:
- Piloter l'implémentation des prestations chez les clients
- Accompagner son portefeuille de clients en suivant leurs dossiers dans le temps (tout type d'abonnements)
- Assurer la satisfaction des clients et la fidélisation des clients
- Piloter la résiliation d'une ou plusieurs prestations tout en identifiant les raisons
PROFIL REQUIS
