**Que recherchons-nous ?**

**Wallester est à la recherche d'un Business Development Manager expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe de vente européenne. Ce rôle consiste à vendre à de nouveaux clients et à stimuler la croissance dans un environnement collaboratif en constante évolution. Vous mettrez à profit votre expérience de la vente ainsi que votre connaissance du secteur de la fintech et/ou du paiement par carte pour vendre nos solutions à nos prospects et clients.**

**Que ferez-vous ?**
- Développer des relations et générer des revenus à partir de nouvelles affaires en Europe.
- Gérer l'ensemble du cycle de vente, de la recherche de prospects à la conclusion d'affaires.
- Prévoir avec précision les ventes et le chiffre d'affaires.
- Avoir une excellente compréhension de tous les produits Wallester, des prix et des conditions contractuelles.
- Collaborer de manière transversale pour façonner les solutions de Wallester et répondre aux besoins des clients.
- Participer à des manifestations sectorielles pour rencontrer de nouveaux prospects et repérer de nouvelles opportunités.
- Vous avez 5/10 ans d'expérience dans la vente au sein de la fintech et/ou de l'industrie du paiement par carte.
- Vous avez une expérience réussie au sein de sociétés de conseil spécialisées dans l'industrie du paiement et/ou de sociétés de logiciels de cartes de paiement (réseaux de paiement, processeurs de cartes de paiement, BaaS).
- Vendeur de solutions compétent et communicateur efficace.
- Négociateur sûr de lui et doté d'une grande sensibilité commerciale.
- Capacité avérée à diriger, à faire preuve d'empathie et à organiser efficacement.
- Capacité à établir la crédibilité et la confiance avec les clients et à forger de bonnes relations.
- Expérience de la vente aux entreprises.
- Maîtrise professionnelle totale du français et de l'anglais.
- La maîtrise d'autres langues européennes (espagnol, français, néerlandais et allemand, tchèque) est un atout.
- Organisé et capable de suivre des processus.
- Pro efficacité avec Microsoft Package (Excel, PowerPoint) et CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, PipeDrive, Microsoft Dynamics) ainsi qu'un outil de génération de leads (SalesNavigator).
