The Head of Marketing, Southern Europe (France, Italy, Spain,) will play a pivotal role within the EMEA Marketing Leadership team, contributing significantly to On's growth and strategy, while bringing a wealth of strategic, brand-building, and leadership experience to the team. You will report to the Director of Marketing, EMEA.
Your Mission- Define, shape and execute the EMEA South regional marketing strategy in collaboration with the Head of Sales EMEA South.
- Foster the growth of your EMEA South marketing team and the broader regional team, providing clear vision and purpose.
- Build the On brand in the Sub-Region - accelerating brand awareness whilst managing our premium performance brand positioning
- Craft unique ways to showcase On's mission through Marketing initiatives by guiding a team of locally based Marketeers across various disciplines in the South region.
- Ensure On's brand and story is consistently communicated across all channels, communities and aligned with internal Marketing strategies.
- Optimize processes and cultivate efficiencies to ensure initiatives align with strategy, stay on budget, and follow a robust GTM roadmap.
- Manage and allocate the EMEA South Marketing budget and spend with justified ROI, analyses, and data metrics to track progress.
- Drive and manage the South regional Key Account marketing agenda for both online and offline partners.
- Collaborate effectively across disciplines, teams, and the EU Management Team, aligning marketing efforts with the broader EMEA and EMEA South regional growth strategy.
- Ideally 7+ years of progressive Marketing experience in Commercial and Brand ideally in fashion, sportswear or retail with a keen and creative understanding of the digital space.
- A leadership story spanning 4+ years with demonstrated management skills, both externally and internally.
- A solid grasp of the regional landscape; with Italy, Spain & France market knowledge.
- Ability to lead and inspire a diverse and creative marketing team, including those working remotely across geographically split teams
- Strategic mindset with proven experience bridging global EMEA strategy to subregional and local market initiatives, with a creative and innovative flare. Strong business and industry acumen, and high efficiency.
- Adept at analytics, capable of quickly rationalizing, making decisions, and taking action.
- A customer-centric approach, committed to staying current and building upon marketing best practices and trends.
- C2 or Fluent (read, write, and speak) in English is a must. Additional language skills in French, Italian, or Spanish are a plus
- Based in Paris, Milan, or Zurich HQ, with a hybrid home/office working environment and a willingness to travel based on business needs across the region.
