Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Field Marketing Manager for Southern Europe to spearhead our expansion efforts at one of the UK's most innovative Unicorn big data analytics firms. This role presents a unique chance to join a high-energy, award-winning team and play a pivotal part in Quantexa's growth journey following significant funding milestones. Our Decision Intelligence platform empowers leading brands in sectors such as Financial Services, Insurance, Telecommunications, and Government to tackle critical challenges in financial crime, risk management, fraud detection, and data governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage field and pipeline marketing initiatives across EMEA to meet revenue targets, collaborating with Corporate Marketing, Partner Marketing, Digital, Demand, Product Marketing, and Content teams.
  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns specifically for the Southern European market, focusing primarily on France and Spain, with secondary attention to Portugal, Italy, and Greece.
  • Work closely with sales teams to pinpoint target markets, develop demand generation programs, and enhance lead generation activities.
  • Organize and execute regional events, webinars, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Develop localized marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, white papers, and digital content to support regional efforts.
  • Evaluate and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and tracking return on investment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure alignment with overarching company objectives and messaging.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in field marketing, ideally within a B2B technology or software environment.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing effective marketing campaigns in Southern Europe.
  • Fluency in French, Spanish, and English is essential; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and assessing ROI.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as necessary.
  • Familiarity with tools such as SFDC, Hubspot, and Showpad.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to drive initiatives independently.
  • Agile and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Creative thinker, capable of developing innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and provide actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills in French, Spanish, and English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • A collaborative team player, effective in working with cross-functional teams, including sales, alliances, product, and global marketing.
