Your Role.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Marketing Manager for Southern Europe to drive our expansion in one of the most innovative and rapidly growing big data analytics firms in the UK. This role presents a unique chance to join a high-energy, award-winning team and contribute significantly to Quantexa's growth journey following a substantial funding round. Our Decision Intelligence platform empowers leading brands in various sectors, including Financial Services, Insurance, Telecommunications, and Government, to tackle critical challenges related to financial crime, risk management, fraud, and data governance.
Key Responsibilities.
- Lead and enhance field and pipeline marketing initiatives across EMEA to meet revenue targets, collaborating with Corporate Marketing, Partner Marketing, Digital, Demand, Product Marketing, and Content teams.
- Design and implement tailored field marketing strategies and campaigns specifically for the Southern European market, focusing primarily on France and Spain, with additional attention to Portugal, Italy, and Greece.
- Work closely with sales teams to pinpoint target markets, develop demand generation initiatives, and facilitate lead generation activities.
- Organize and execute regional events, webinars, trade shows, and other marketing efforts to boost brand visibility and generate leads.
- Produce localized content, including brochures, case studies, white papers, and digital marketing materials, to support regional marketing activities.
- Evaluate and analyze marketing campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for ongoing enhancement.
- Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and tracking return on investment.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, partners, and industry leaders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to guide marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure alignment with overall company objectives and messaging.
Qualifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in field marketing, ideally within a B2B technology or software organization.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns in Southern Europe.
- Fluency in French, Spanish, and English is essential; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and assessing ROI.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently.
- Willingness to travel within the region as necessary.
- Familiarity with tools such as SFDC, Hubspot, and Showpad.
- Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to advance projects independently.
- Agile and adaptable, comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Creative thinker, capable of developing innovative marketing strategies and solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Exceptional communication skills in French, Spanish, and English, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly.
- A collaborative team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, alliances, product, and global marketing.
