**MISSIONS**

Vous êtes en charge de développer, sur votre aire thérapeutique, des relations partenariales et commerciales long terme avec les grands comptes hospitaliers, les centrales d'achat hospitalières et revendeurs en matériel médical, le tout dans le respect des règles déontologiques et éthiques et de la stratégie de l'entreprise.

**ACTIVITES PRINCIPALES**

**Prospection / Référencement**:

- Développer son portefeuille clients et le référencement de ses produits auprès des hôpitaux, des centrales d'achat hospitalières et des revendeurs
- Former et informer les Pharmaciens hospitaliers, les membres des COMEDIMS, les KOL, sur les produits en responsabilité
- Préparer les futurs lancements

**Participation à la stratégie**:

- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de développement grands comptes conformément à la stratégie commerciale de l'entreprise
- Faire de la veille marché et de la concurrence ainsi que de l'évolution de l'environnement hospitalier
- Rédiger des rapports d'activité

**Gestion et suivi commercial**:

- Négocier (prix/volume, conditions de vente) et vendre des produits de la gamme
- Participer à la rédaction des dossiers de réponse aux appels d'offres
- Avoir des relations professionnelles avec les praticiens hospitaliers, les acheteurs des grands comptes des hôpitaux et des revendeurs
- Développer des liens de partenariats avec les clients clés
- Analyser les résultats des ventes afin de faire des recommandations stratégiques

**Information et conseil**:

- Recueillir et transmettre des informations de pharmacovigilance
- Travailler en coordination et transversalité avec les acteurs internes (directeur de zone, direction commerciale, marketing, logistique, support )

**Profil recherché**:
**VOTRE PROFIL**

Vous êtes titulaire du diplôme de pharmacien et vous bénéficiez d'une expérience de 3 à 5 ans sur un poste similaire ?

Excellent(e) négociateur(trice), vous avez une expérience solide en négociation commerciale et vous maîtrisez les outils de communication ?

Vous avez une aisance relationnelle reconnue avec les professionnels de santé, les leaders d'opinion et les institutionnels ? Vous avez à cœur de développer une relation de confiance avec ces interlocuteurs privilégiés ?

Vous maîtrisez l'environnement réglementaire et légal de votre activité ?

Vous aimez travailler en transversalité et en équipe.

Vous faites preuve de curiosité et d'adaptabilité.

Une expérience dans le domaine des produits de cicatrisation serait un plus.

L'anglais et l'italien sont un plus.
