Aperçu du poste

En tant que Technical Events Manager, vous serez responsable de la gestion globale de notre service Audiovisuel dans l'un de nos plus prestigieux hôtels 5 étoiles à Paris, l'hôtel Georges V. Vous mettez l'accent sur une prestation de services à la clientèle de qualité supérieure. Vous agissez comme lien principal avec l'hôtel et les clients, pour gérer toutes les demandes. Vous entraînez la rentabilité des opérations en augmentant les ventes et en gérant les coûts variables. Vous êtes en charge de la commercialisation locale et du développement des ventes à l'intérieur de vos sites et pouvez aider par votre support à l'ouverture de nouveaux hôtels locaux.

Vous dirigerez des événements prestigieux, en veillant à ce qu'ils soient parfaitement exécutés et à ce que les participants vivent des expériences inoubliables.


Responsabilités Clés

En tant que point de contact principal, vous recevez quotidiennement les demandes de nos clients et vous assurez que leurs demandes et attentes sont satisfaites.


  • Vous participez aux rendez-vous clients et aux visites techniques sur site ;
  • Vous proposez des solutions adaptées et innovantes, avec les ressources internes et/ou externes appropriées ;
  • Vous établissez les devis en respectant la politique commerciale de l’entreprise et êtes le garant de la rentabilité de votre projet ;
  • Vous coordonnez la réalisation globale de la prestation (ressources matérielles, humaines, logistiques…) dans le respect des processus de l’entreprise ;
  • Vous rendez compte à la Direction sur la rentabilité et la qualité de vos opérations ;
  • Vous assurez un service client irréprochable et maintenez d’excellentes relations avec les clients et l’ensemble de vos interlocuteurs ;
  • Vous avez la responsabilité d’une équipe de Techniciens et d’un Assistant Manager le cas échéant.

Vous intégrerez une équipe jeune et dynamique, construite autour de spécialistes ayant un niveau d’exigence accordée à nos clients du monde du luxe.


Profil Recherché


  • De formation BAC+2 minimum
  • Vous disposez d’une expérience significative en gestion de projets dans le domaine du spectacle ou de l'événementiel, idéalement en hôtellerie ou secteur du luxe.
  • Vous possédez une très bonne connaissance des matériels techniques audiovisuels, que vous avez pu manipuler dans votre carrière (un parcours de technicien/manager audiovisuel est un atout indéniable)
  • Vous avez une expérience réussie en tant que responsable d’équipe
  • Vous avez un sens aigu du service client (réactivité, disponibilité, flexibilité, adaptabilité) et une autonomie dans le travail ; Vous êtes doté d’un excellent sens relationnel ;
  • Un niveau d’anglais courant est nécessaire ;
  • Evoluant dans le domaine du luxe, une présentation extrêmement soignée est de rigueur.


Rémunération : A partir de 52K (selon profil)
