Nous recrutons notre futur Support Client Opérations H/F. Vous rapportez au Responsable des Opérations et vous assurez la gestion des requêtes clients et du support technique de premier niveau.

Missions et responsabilités de la fonction


Garantir la Satisfaction Client et la Gestion Efficace des Requêtes

  • Assurer la Satisfaction Client : Votre priorité sera de garantir la satisfaction des clients en répondant efficacement à leurs requêtes.
  • Suivi des Requêtes : Vous serez responsable de suivre les demandes des clients en assurant ainsi un traitement rapide et précis.
  • Qualité de Suivi : Vous devrez garantir un temps de réponse rapide et une qualité de suivi irréprochable pour chaque requête.


Gérer les Incidents Sites

  • Suivi des Alertes : Vous surveillerez les alertes pour identifier et réagir rapidement aux incidents.
  • Support Technique de Niveau 1 : Vous fournirez un support technique de premier niveau, aidant à résoudre les problèmes dès leur apparition.
  • Identification des Problèmes Récurrents : Vous identifierez si un incident relève d’un problème récurrent et élaborerez des solutions à long terme pour éviter leur réapparition.
  • Maintien de la Base de Données : Vous assurerez la mise à jour continue de la base de données clients et des actifs pour garantir une gestion efficace et à jour des informations.

Votre profil


Vous avez le sens du service et la satisfaction client est essentielle pour vous.

Vous avez de bonnes capacités de synthèse, et un souci de la qualité (processus, documentation, code, portabilité, etc.).

Vous êtes polyvalent(e), agile, curieux(se) et autonome.

Vous êtes ambitieux(se) et avez un très bon niveau d'expression écrite et orale.

Vous aimez le travail d'équipe et avez d'excellentes qualités relationnelles.

La maîtrise de l'anglais est essentielle pour ce poste.
