Vos missions
En intégrant cette nouvelle aventure, vous ferez transiter les cycles de vente de transactionnel à enterprise en étant le garant des succès de l'équipe sales :
Pour cela :
- Vous définissez les périmètres, champs d'actions et priorités.
- Vous définissez les process commerciaux, KPI et objectifs et vous vous assurez de leur bonne atteinte par tous les membres de votre équipe.
- Vous aidez sur les closings stratégiques.
- Vous formez, coachez et faites progresser votre équipe (15 Account Executive et BDR).
Votre profil
- Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience avérée dans un rôle similaire et 2 ans d'expérience dans une Startup en Hyper-Croissance
- Vous avez déjà managé une équipe sales sur des cycles de vente de 1-3 mois.
- Vous êtes très structuré, amoureux des chiffres et de la data
- Vous savez prendre du recul pour analyser et trouver de nouvelles opportunités business.
- Vous avez du charisme et de l'énergie pour driver une équipe et manager par l'exemple.
- Vous êtes curieux et avez toujours des idées.
