Je suis Victor, consultant Fed Business, spécialiste du recrutement des fonctions Commerciales, Marketing et Communication, et je recrute pour mon client un Key Account Manager.
Mon client, basé à Issy-les-Moulineaux, est une société dans le secteur du Petfood. La société a des enjeux passionnants et connaît une véritable expansion. Et si vous faisiez partie de l'aventure dans le cadre d'une création de poste ?

Au sein de leur département Distribution Spécialisée, la mission principale est de concevoir et de mettre en oeuvre les leviers d'activation pour développer les ventes.

- Construire un plan d'entreprise avec nos principaux clients, en trouvant des synergies avec les initiatives de développement de la marque.
- Définir, mettre en oeuvre et analyser le plan de promotion et de visibilité pour développer l'activité.
- Assurer l'exécution et le suivi du business plan.
- Coordonner avec le service marketing et développement des ventes, et transférer le contenu aux clients clés afin de maximiser la visibilité de nos marques.
- Négociation d'accords commerciaux.
- Travailler de manière transversale avec le développement des ventes, les finances et les opérations pour contribuer à avoir une vision commerciale globale des clients.
- Gestion du budget par client et des investissements.
- Gestion de catégorie: Plan de compte client (promotions, assortiment, visibilité) pour maximiser le CA et les bénéfices.
- Identifier les sources de business, risques, opportunités ; définir et analyser les plans promotionnels.
- Argumenter, persuader, négocier, obtenir la mise en oeuvre des activations promotionnelles et prospecter

Quel est le profil idéal ?

Formation en Administration des Affaires, Économie ou Ingénierie.
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Key Account Manager, Représentant Commercial ou Responsable de Catégorie dans les activations clients.
- Expérience dans la gestion directe de comptes valorisée.
- Préférence pour une expérience dans les secteurs du retail et de la consommation, l'électronique grand public, les cosmétiques ou le commerce électronique.
