Nous recrutons un(e) Ingénieur(e) Technico-Commercial itinérant(e) (idéalement situé dans la région parisienne, la région lyonnaise ou la région bordelaise), responsable du développement et de la gestion d'un territoire de vente spécifique situé en France. Vous serez responsable de la mise en œuvre d'une stratégie de vente qui vous permettra d'atteindre et de dépasser les objectifs de ventes, de marge brute et d'unités, tout en fournissant un service et un support technique aux clients de manière régulière et continue.

Dans ce rôle, vous aurez l'occasion de

  • Développer le relationnel avec de nouveaux clients ou des clients actuels de Phenomenex par des appels, des visites, des courriels ainsi que des envois postaux dans le cadre d'un soutien personnalisé
  • Conseiller nos clients sur nos produits et services de chromatographie et leur faire parvenir les devis appropriés
  • Apporter le support technique à nos clients sur des applications ou résolutions d'anomalies chromatographiques
  • Contribuer aux campagnes de lancement de nouveaux produits (« Push ») pour assurer la croissance dans le territoire assigné avec les futurs produits.
  • Réaliser des présentations techniques et commerciales auprès de clients ainsi que participer à des évenements (type congrès ou conférences) liés à notre industrie
  • Élaborer des business plans, des analyses de marché et des stratégies de vente et de marketing pour le territoire assigné. Les exigences essentielles pour ce poste sont les suivantes :
  • BSc, MSc ou PhD en Chimie, Chimie analytique, Biologie/Biotechnologie ou tout diplôme en Sciences de la vie.
  • Une solide expérience et/ou compréhension dans le secteur BioPharma et/ou biochimique est requise.
  • Au minimum 1 an d'expérience au laboratoire notamment sur l'HPLC ou la GC
  • Excellente communication en Français ainsi qu'une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais (compréhension et écrit, TOIEC>850).
  • Capacité de voyager environ 3 jours par semaine, avec nuitées, dans le territoire ou les localités.
  • Doit posséder un permis de conduire valide avec un dossier de conduite acceptable.

Do you want to work in Technical Sales? We are currently seeking a Technical Sales Consultant – Outside Sales (ideally located in Paris Area or Lyon Area or Bordeaux Area) who will be responsible for maintaining and leading a specific assigned territory, implementing a sales strategy that will allow to meet and exceed sales, gross profit and unit goals, whilst also providing service and technical support to customers on a regular and ongoing basis.

What we'll get you doing:

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with our customers as well as acquiring new ones through visits and calls
  • Providing advice and preparing quotations for our chromatography products and services
  • Supporting our customers on applications or chromatography issues related questions
  • Actively supporting the Marketing team with product pushes
  • Planning and implementing training seminars, as well as participating in trade fairs and symposia
  • Analysing data & preparing reports on Sales and Market developments in your own sales territory

The essential requirements of the role include:

  • University degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biochemistry or Biology
  • Solid experience and/or understanding in the BioPharma and/or biochemical sector is required.
  • Minimum 1 year of Laboratory experience in GC/HPLC
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Ability to travel around 3 days a week, overnight, within territory or locations
  • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
