Our client, a prestigious hedge fund based in Paris, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join their innovative team. In this role, you will ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new researchers and traders by providing comprehensive technical support and setting up and maintaining Python, Linux, and AWS environments.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in a Linux environment and possess advanced knowledge of Python (full-cycle development). They should be enthusiastic about exploring new technologies to improve support processes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier technical support for researchers, including setting up and maintaining Python, Linux, and AWS environments.
- Develop and maintain training notebooks in Python to ensure code uniformity.
