Role Overview:

As the Salesforce Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the implementation and continuous improvement of Salesforce across our end clients business. This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with our end client on a contract to hire basis, ensuring Salesforce drives operational excellence, business growth, and process optimisation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of Salesforce implementation projects, from design to successful deployment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments such as sales, marketing, customer service, and IT to ensure Salesforce meets the business’s evolving needs.
  • Manage Salesforce programmes, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Drive Salesforce strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Ensure smooth integration with ERP systems and other business-critical platforms.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for Salesforce best practices, ensuring high adoption rates and team engagement.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience managing Salesforce projects, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce (including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Manufacturing Cloud).
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to drive change and manage large-scale Salesforce programmes.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator or Program Architect) are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
