Stakha recrute un(e) Customer Success Manager (40/45k€ par an) pour rejoindre une startup opérant sur le secteur du Marketing conversationnel .
Cette équipe a développé un outil SaaS permettant de capitaliser sur la puissance des apps conversationnelles pour engager, convertir et fidéliser les clients des entreprises e-commerce.

Avec plus de 100 clients et une première levée en seulement quelques mois, cette startup connait une très forte croissance.

Ils recherchent une ou un Customer Success Manager pour rejoindre l'équipe Sales/Support et accompagner les clients dans l'utilisation de la plateforme.


Staff : 5 personnes (dont 1 CSM)
⚙️ Account management : analyser l’usage de la plateforme et les use case déployés, accompagner les clients dans l’utilisation quotidienne de la plateforme pour leur assurer un maximum de valeur
Feedback & Amélioration continue : recueillir des insights pour l'amélioration du produit et le développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités

#Location : Paris, 1er arr.
#Remote policy: flexible, quelques jours par semaine
#1ère expérience en tant que Customer Support Manager / Customer Success Manager / Business Developer / Sales Development Representative / SDR / Account Manager / Consultant en Marketing / Consultant Social Ads
~ Tech Enthusiast : Tu es passionné(e) par la tech et tu as soif d’apprendre sur le e-commerce, le digital marketing et les tendances de marketing conversationnel.
-Data driven: Analyser les données et les tendances pour tirer des insights pertinents et orienter les stratégies en interne comme auprès des clients.
