En tant que Compté-Clé National Retail votre mission est d'assurer le développement des enseignes dont vous avez la responsabilité, dans le respect de la politique commerciale.

Les reponsabilités que nous vous confierons:

Négocier les accords nationaux : conditions d’achat, assortiment, planning promotionnel, présence linéaire, projets transversaux

Elaborer les stratégies d’enseignes au travers des revues de marché et plans d’actions nationaux/régionaux²

Etre garant de la politique commerciale

Etre le relais des accords nationaux auprès de la force de vente et animer les directeurs régionaux en conséquence

Assurer un suivi rigoureux du déroulé des accords

Initier une approche catégorielle sur chaque enseigne et circuit (HM, SM & proximité)

Assurer la coordination des projets avec les services concernés (logistique, finance, marketing)

Elaborer les prévisions de vente en collaboration avec la logistique

Négocier les pénalités

Garantir une collaboration continue et s’aligner avec les équipes internationales tant en période de négociation que dans l’exécution de la stratégie

Au minimum 6 ans d’expérience commerciale dans une entreprise de grande consommation. Expérience de Key Account Manager requise. Idéalement un passage terrain (chef de secteur/chef de vente) et au siège (cat man/trade). Commercial : bonne capacité d’écoute, d’adaptation et de prospection pour convaincre ses différents interlocuteurs externes et internes. Adaptation : aptitude à savoir s’intégrer rapidement dans des environnements parfois très différents pour faire face à plusieurs typologies de clients et de personalités. Analytique : bon niveau en analyse pour comprendre avec précision les dynamiques et les leviers qui impactent les ventes de Red Bull et du marché. Curieux, ieuse : bonne capacité à s’intéresser à son environnement. Autonomie, attitude « entrepreneuriale », curiosité pour proposer des solutions nouvelles. Leadership et esprit d’équipe: capacité à construire des relations avec les autres services et les interlocuteurs internationaux Anglais courant Déplacements 0-10%
