Wefight busca un Key Account Manager con una fuerte motivación y orientado a resultados para desarrollar la cartera de clientes farmacéuticos de Wefight en España. Será responsable de la prospección de nuevas cuentas en España y también se encargará de asegurar con éxito las relaciones a largo plazo con las empresas farmacéuticas.

Bajo la dirección del VP Sales Europe, sus principales responsabilidades serán las siguientes:

- Impulsar una estrategia multicanal de desarrollo de negocio y prospección mediante la identificación de contactos clave dentro de las cuentas estratégicas en España;
- Desarrollar un pipeline escalable de oportunidades siguiendo todas las fases del ciclo comercial (desde la identificación de prospectos hasta la contratación y la gestión de cuentas);
- Establecer y mantener relaciones provechosas con las principales partes interesadas de la industria farmacéutica.
- Adquirir una comprensión óptima de las necesidades y expectativas de los clientes y de la adaptabilidad de los productos (hoja de ruta);
- Proporcionar una visión completa de las actividades llevadas a cabo mediante el uso de nuestra herramienta CRM (contactos, cuentas, actividades, pipeline, informes resumidos, inteligencia competitiva, notas de estrategia );
- Representar a Wefight en eventos, congresos y conferencias a nível mundial y/o local.
- Un mínimo de 6 años de experiência vendiendo soluciones digitales, de datos o de consultoría en la industria farmacéutica;
- Excelentes aptitudes de venta y prospección;
- Amplio conocimiento en métodos de venta, en particular venta consultiva;
- Experiência previa con herramientas CRM;
- Nível de español nativo (oral y escrito)
- Nível de inglés fluido (oral y escrito)
- Los conocimientos de francés son útiles, pero no necesarios
- Fuerte capacidad de persuasión y adaptabilidad

Wefight is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Key Account Manager to develop Wefight client’s portfolio in Spain. You will be responsible for prospecting new accounts in Spain and also be in charge of successfully securing long-term partnerships with pharmaceutical companies.

Under the management of the VP Sales Europe, your main missions are the following:

- Implementing a multi-channel business development and prospecting strategy by identifying key contacts within strategic accounts in Spain;
- Developing a scalable pipeline of opportunities across for all phases of the sales cycle: qualification, prospecting, negotiation, contracting and post-contract account management;
- Establishing and maintaining critical relationships with key decision makers in the pharmaceutical companies on a local and/or global scale;
- Developing a deep understanding of the customer needs and the product adaptability (product roadmap);
- Regular reporting of all business activities and processes (contacts, accounts, activities, pipeline, brief report, competitive intelligence, strategic notes ) through the use of our CRM system;
- Representing Wefight at events, congresses, conferences.

The profile we are looking for:

- At least 6 years of experience in selling digital, data or consulting solutions to clients in the pharmaceutical industry;
- Excellent sales and prospecting skills;
- Deep knowledge in selling methods, in particular consultative selling;
- Experience with a previous CRM tools;
- Excellent oral and written skills;
- Spanish Native Speaker level (written and oral)
- Fluent English (written and oral)
- French is a plus
- You have strong persuasive skills and adaptability
