**Stagiaire en Customer Success**

**Stage - 6 mois - Janvier 2025**

Avec des programmes allant des summer camps aux placements en boarding schools, notre mission est de garantir une solution parfaite à chaque client, enrichie par un service personnalisé et impeccable.

Pour l’année 2025, nous recherchons un(e) **stagiaire en Customer Success** pour rejoindre notre équipe à Paris et travailler en collaboration directe avec Claire, notre Customer Success Manager. Ce rôle clé vise à optimiser la satisfaction client et à garantir une gestion fluide des dossiers clients, de la signature du contrat jusqu’à la fidélisation post-séjour.

**Quelles seront tes responsabilités ?**

Au sein du pôle Customer Success, sous la supervision de Claire, tu seras impliqué(e) dans:

- **Relation client**:

- Répondre aux demandes des clients et fournir un accompagnement personnalisé tout au long de leur expérience avec Apex Education.
- Assister dans la gestion des urgences et des imprévus.
- **Gestion des dossiers clients**:

- Collecter, vérifier et organiser les documents nécessaires pour les séjours ou scolarités.
- Assurer une passation fluide et complète des dossiers au pôle opérations.
- **Ventes récurrentes et fidélisation**:

- Identifier les opportunités de renouvellement et gérer les demandes de repeat.
- Contribuer à la mise en œuvre des enquêtes de satisfaction et analyser les retours clients.
- **Amélioration des processus internes**:

- Maintenir et enrichir les données dans le CRM (HubSpot).
- Proposer des idées pour optimiser l’expérience client et fluidifier la collaboration entre les pôles.

- Tu fais preuve d’une grande rigueur et d’un sens aigu du détail, garantissant une gestion impeccable des dossiers.
- Tu es motivé(e), autonome et capable de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
- Tu communiques efficacement en français et en anglais, aussi bien à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

- Tu es organisé(e) et prêt(e) à jongler entre plusieurs projets sans perdre de vue les priorités.
- Tu as un intérêt marqué pour le service client, les langues, et les séjours éducatifs.
- Tu es à l’aise dans un environnement collaboratif et prêt(e) à travailler au sein d’une petite équipe dynamique.

**Informations pratiques**:

- **Dates**: À partir du 1er janvier 2025 (stage de 6 mois).
- **Gratification**: Gratification réglementaire (environ 650 €/mois) + prise en charge à 50 % du titre de transport.
- **Lieu**: 22 avenue Victor Hugo, 75116 Paris.
- **Télétravail**: Possible de manière ponctuelle, mais stage principalement en présentiel.
