- **MYMOOD**, pour imaginer et transformer les bureaux professionnels en véritables lieux de vie, de la rénovation jusqu'à l'équipement des espaces.

Au travers de ses filiales, Myflexgroup propose une offre 360° afin d’accompagner ses clients sur l'ensemble de leur projet immobilier professionnel, du conseil jusqu'à la réalisation. L’entreprise est présente à Paris, Lyon et Miami, avec plus de 140 bureaux gérés.

**DESCRIPTIF**

Dans le cadre du développement de Myflexgroup avec une très forte croissance, nous recherchons un Customer Success Junior pour notre marque dans une équipe dynamique.

Partie intégrante de notre équipe, tu seras le garant d’une expérience client réussie. C’est un poste clé aux missions diversifiées dont le cœur de métier est la SATISFACTION & la FIDELISATION client B2B.

**MISSION**:

- Accompagner et conseiller nos clients dans la mise en place de leurs projets
- Répondre aux demandes des clients depuis notre plateforme support
- Définir et mettre en place des stratégies de fidélisation
- Faire remonter les besoins clients
- Assurer la gestion commerciale et le suivi des dossiers
- Optimiser et automatiser nos process internes
- Faire le reporting de ton activité

**PROFIL RECHERCHE**
- À l’aise au téléphone, tu as au moins une première expérience professionnelle au sein d’une fonction de support/service client.
- Empathique, la satisfaction client est ta priorité numéro 1
- Tu es problem-solving.
- Tu es organisé et tu as une bonne capacité à prioriser les tâches - Vous avez le goût du challenge, une motivation à toutes épreuves et êtes un véritable Team Player.
- Vous êtes attiré pour travailler dans un univers startup.
- Vous êtes organisé, dynamique et rigoureux.
- Maitrise des outils informatiques (pack Office indispensable, CRM
