Afin d'accompagner notre croissance, nous recherchons un(e) **Software Validation Leader **pour rejoindre notre équipe basée sur le site de Carrières-sous-Poissy

**Rattaché(e) au responsable du département Software, vos missions sont les suivantes**:
**Vos missions**:
**Stratégie de validation logicielle**
- Définition de la **stratégie globale **de validation logiciel du projet logiciel onduleur
- Définition de la stratégie de validation logiciel appliquée à **chaque version logicielle** en coordination avec le pilote de développement logiciel

**Gestion des ressources et des moyens de validations**
- **Définition des ressources** et moyens de validation pour le projet logiciel onduleur
- **Pilotage de l'activité des ressources **allouées à la validation logicielle
- Pilotage de l'**état d'avancement** des validations
- Contribution à la **capitalisation** et à la **standardisation** du métier logiciel au sein de Emotors

**Spécifications et conception des tests**
- Rédaction du** cahier des charges** des moyens d'essais et animation des RFQ associés
- Participation à la construction du **plan de validation logiciel**:

- Contribution à la **rédaction des procédures** de validation sur l'ensemble du périmètre logiciel en assurant la couverture des exigences amont

**Exécution des tests et suivi**
- Participation aux revues des **exigences logicielles** amont afin d'assurer leur testabilité
- Contribution à l'exécution des cas de **test de validation logiciel** sur banc HIL (Hardware In The Loop)
- **Suivi de l'avancement** des validations au projet en coordination avec le pilote de développement logiciel
- Justification des **couvertures de tests** et de la **complétude** de la traçabilité des validations au regard des exigences logicielles
- Garant de la **qualité** des essais réalisés
- Contribution à la **formalisation** de toute **anomalie** logicielle identifiée en phase d'exécution conformément au process de gestion des anomalies

**Votre profil**:
Issu(e) d'une formation Bac +5, vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une **école d'ingénieur** avec une appétence pour **l'automobile**. Vous avez une **expérience significative** sur un poste de Software Validation.

Avec un véritable **leadership**, vous menez à bien vos **projets** et **respectez le temps** imparti.

Bon(ne) communicant(e), vous aimez **travailler en équipe** et partager vos connaissances.

**Compétences techniques**:

- ** Calculateurs automobiles**:

- Protocoles de **communication** **automobiles** (CAN, UDS,...)
- **Outils d'analyse** de protocole
- Outils d**'automatisation de tests**:

- Outils de **mesure** sur carte électronique
- **Normes développement** logiciel (ASPICE, ISO26262, ISO21434)
