Lead Enterprise Software Sales Team

As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion for Guidewire Software. This role requires a proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, with a strong ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and expand customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales campaigns to deliver business value to customers while ensuring a healthy margin for Guidewire.
  • Run post-sale client relationships to maximize product extension sales to existing customers.
  • Lead sales activities from initial contact to sale closure, maintaining a deep understanding of Guidewire's technology and products.
  • Present regular reports to management on sales and marketing activities and success rates.
  • Represent Guidewire at industry events and conferences to initiate sales of our products.
  • Analyze competitor activities and provide feedback into marketing strategies and product development.
Requirements:
  • A high level of energy, dedication, and ownership with a proven ability to recruit, onboard, coach, and manage top-ranked enterprise software sales teams.
  • Mastery of the complex end-to-end enterprise software sales cycle, encompassing selling multiple applications to diverse stakeholders.
  • A track record biased towards winning new name business, with a focus on 70% new business and 30% add-on sales.
