Job Title: Digital Sale

Guidewire Software, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Sale professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage a team of enterprise software sales executives.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales campaigns to deliver business value to customers while ensuring a healthy margin for Guidewire.
  • Run post-sale client relationships to maximize product extension sales to existing customers.
  • Lead and undertake sales activities from initial contact until sale closure.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Guidewire's technology, products, and consulting services.
  • Present regular reports to management on sales and marketing activities and success rates.
  • Represent Guidewire at industry events and conferences to drive sales growth.
  • Analyze competitor activities and provide feedback to inform marketing strategies and product development.
  • Lead and empower a sales team to achieve sales targets.
Industry Verticals:

Insurance, Banking, Telecom, Industrial, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Finance/Accounting, and manufacturing.

Requirements:
  • A high level of energy, dedication, and ownership with a proven ability to recruit, onboard, coach, and manage top-ranked enterprise software sales teams.
  • Mastery of the complex end-to-end enterprise software sales cycle, including selling multiple applications to diverse stakeholders.
  • A track record of winning new business, with a focus on 70% new business and 30% add-on sales.
  • Ability to set and achieve annual sales quotas as part of the global sales target.
