- Run post-sale client relationships to maximize product extension sales to existing customers.
- Lead and undertake sales activities from initial contact until sale closure.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Guidewire's technology, products, and consulting services.
- Present regular reports to management on sales and marketing activities and success rates.
- Represent Guidewire at industry events and conferences to drive sales growth.
- Analyze competitor activities and provide feedback to inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Lead and empower a sales team to achieve sales targets.
Insurance, Banking, Telecom, Industrial, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Finance/Accounting, and manufacturing.
Requirements:- A high level of energy, dedication, and ownership with a proven ability to recruit, onboard, coach, and manage top-ranked enterprise software sales teams.
- Mastery of the complex end-to-end enterprise software sales cycle, including selling multiple applications to diverse stakeholders.
- A track record of winning new business, with a focus on 70% new business and 30% add-on sales.
- Ability to set and achieve annual sales quotas as part of the global sales target.
