Guidewire Software, Inc. is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive revenue growth and customer success as our RVP of Sales. This strategic leadership role will focus on building meaningful relationships with business leaders, understanding client objectives, and delivering tailored sales solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of enterprise software sales executives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales campaigns to deliver maximum business value to customers while ensuring a healthy margin for Guidewire.
  • Lead post-sale client relationships to maximize product extension sales and foster long-term customer loyalty.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Guidewire's technology, products, and consulting services to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Present regular sales and marketing reports to management, highlighting success rates and areas for improvement.
  • Represent Guidewire at industry events, conferences, and meetings to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Analyze competitor activities and provide insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
  • Lead and empower a sales team to achieve exceptional performance and drive business results.
