We are a dynamic and fast-growing startup in the HRTech industry, specializing in the development of** Rise Up**, a Learning Management System. Our platform revolutionizes the way organizations manage their training and development programs, with a strong emphasis on blended learning. With pillars such as personalization of learning and learning in the flow of work, Rise Up empowers our clients to deliver highly effective and engaging learning experiences.
**Poste**:
**MISSIONS:
- Oversee and manage the entire customer onboarding project
- Educate/train customers for immediate success to optimize their product setup
- Guide customers through a seamless implementation
- Understand customer context/expectations, define and confirm goals/objectives and success criteria’s
- Find solutions for optimizing the customer onboarding process and collaborating with the relevant teams (where/when required)
- Understand and act on success metrics
- Provide materials to help customers learn best practices to better achieve their desired outcomes
- Assist where required in the configuration of a customer’s platform
- Directly liaise and build strong relationships with clients to determine priorities and ensure a successful onboarding experience/output
- Develop outstanding training materials (including the Academy)
- Manage all activity/tasks/notes in Planhat
- Stay up to date with the news and developments related to Rise Up and the platform
- Assist in the design and facilitation of our training webinars
**Profil**:
**SKILLS**:
- Good experience in scheduling/planning, developing project timelines and adhering to them.
- Solid training and/or teaching experience
- Strong commercial awareness
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proactivity, Empathy and Creativity to fulfill client’s requests.
- Proven ability to adjust and navigate within changing environments and frameworks with a positive attitude
