**The Team**
Within the Human Resources department, you will join our Employee Experience & Engagement team, and more specifically the one in charge of developing the onboarding process for new joiners.
**Your Missions**
Let's take a closer look at what to expect:
New joiners onboarding experience:
- With the support of the team, identify the internal stakeholders and existing materials or processes
- Create an innovative, coherent, scalable and exceptional onboarding program for new joiners
- Define with the identified project team the content and the delivery format of the experience, and oversee the creation of all support materials / development of tools
Project management:
- Define the schedule, identify priorities and approach them with agility: strike a balance between existing projects, new projects and identified opportunities
- Create the documents needed to manage the project: roadmap, information sharing, meeting schedule, etc
- Build and maintain a link with the various stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of the partnership: with HR (zones, retail, industry), Business Owners, HRIS managers and IT
Post deployment : project monitoring, analysis and continuous improvement process:
- Monitor new joiners experience performance through metrics (surveys, tickets, touchpoints, etc)
- Identify opportunities for improvement, best practices and make recommendations to enhance the employee experience
- Develop comprehensive product roadmap that balances immediate priorities with aspirational future state
PROFIL
**About You**
- You have at least 8 years' initial experience in a retail and/or customer experience environment
- You are recognized for your ability to communicate in French and English, both orally and in writing
- As a strong team player, you manage project stakeholders with flexibility and adaptability
- Solution-oriented, you have strong analytical skills: you are able to make relevant recommendations based on concrete problems
- You are sensitive to the luxury, and have the skills that this environment implies: excellence, rigor, attention to detail, creativity
Large-scale program management experience within a large organization would be a plus.
