Plongez au cœur du Paris élégant et de la tendance avec ses boutiques de luxe et son riche patrimoine culturel. Derrière sa façade Haussmannienne, choisissez parmi 52 chambres et 20 suites éblouissantes pour un séjour parisien envoûtant.
Maison Albar Hotels Le Diamond 5* géré par Centaurus, groupe hôtelier français indépendant, recherche son nouveau Guest Relations (H/F).
En tant que Guest Relations, vous assurez les missions suivantes:
- Représenter la Direction et garantir le bon fonctionnement et la qualité du service rendu aux clients dans l'hôtel
- Assurer et fournir aux clients des expériences de services irréprochables, professionnels, haut de gamme et créatifs
- Anticiper les besoins des clients et être réactif à chacune de leurs demandes et attentes
- Superviser et coordonner toutes les arrivées et départs des clients VIP, les accueillir personnellement lorsque cela est possible et dialoguer chaleureusement avec eux
- Promouvoir tous les équipements, commodités et avantages de programme VIP
- Coordonner et gérer la communication entre les clients VIP et les différents services de l’hôtel
- Gérer les questions et plaintes de la clientèle, s’assurer de leur suivi et prendre toutes les décisions nécessaires pour les résoudre
- Prêter assistance dans les situations d’urgence, telles que l’évacuation des clients, l’incendie, les alertes à la bombe, etc.
- Informer les départements concernés des observations des clients de manière à ce que ceux-ci soient en mesure de prendre les mesures adéquates
- S’assurer que le niveau de satisfaction des clients soit conforme aux objectifs en fonction des différents outils et indicateurs de performance

- Vous êtes dynamique et créatif
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe
- Vous êtes diplomate, à l'écoute
- Bilingue anglais-français, maitrise d'une troisième langue appréciée
