**Votre Mission**

Dans le cadre du développement de Digital Solutions, nous recherchons un/une:
**Alternant(e) chargé(e) de production d’offres commerciales et de l’administration des ventes H/F (Le Pecq)**

Au sein de la Direction Business Développement de Digital Solutions, le poste est rattaché au Service Avant-Vente, en charge de la construction et production des offres de SUEZ Digital Solutions auprès des acteurs commerciaux de SUEZ, en France et à l’international.

Dans le cadre d'une formation en alternance, les responsabilités associées au poste sont les suivantes:

- Participer à la construction, la production et à la remise des offres DS en France sur tous ses segments de marché, sous l’animation du chef de projet référent
- Selon vos qualités et niveau d’autonomie, animer la construction d’offres commerciales simples, en impliquant les parties prenantes sur enjeux commerciaux, techniques, économiques
- Assurer des chiffrages d’offres commerciales simples
- Participer au reporting de l’activité commerciale de DS : enregistrement d’affaire, évolution de l’outil CRM de DS
- Participer aux activités de veille commerciale de DS
- Participer à la structuration et l‘évolution des processus qualité du Service Avant-Vente de DS

**Qualités requises pour réussir dans ce rôle**

Compétences requises:
Formation : Alternance en formation commerciale : BTS, Bachelor ou Master.

Savoirs attendus (acquis ou dans le cadre de la formation en alternance):
Business développement & Cycle de vente
Savoirs économiques : Etablissement d'un compte de résultats, calcul de rentabilité, modélisation économique
Gestion de projet
Suite MS Office (Excel, Word) et Techniques de présentation
Marchés Publics le cas échéant (eau, assainissement, déchet)

Qualités comportementales attendues:
Vous disposez de qualités relationnelles et d’aptitudes d’animation et de coordination transversale
Vous avez des aptitudes organisationnelles permettant d’assurer la réalisation de dossiers d’offres et l’administration des ventes en respectant des délais
Vous être rigoureux avec des connaissances en économie des affaires et contrats
Vous savez écouter, comprendre et formaliser les attentes clients, et y répondre avec un rédactionnel orienté client
Vous êtes curieux et aimez découvrir de nouveaux domaines d’activité

Logiciels bureautiques : Vous maîtrisez les logiciels de bureautique Word, Excel, Powerpoint, et devrez utiliser régulièrement des outils de CRM/reporting commercial comme Sales Force

Langues étrangères : maîtrise de l'anglais
