Afin de soutenir le développement de son activité et de renforcer ses équipes, DRIVECO crée le poste de Business Development Manager F/H/X - Tiers Investissement IRVE.

Au sein de l'équipe tiers investissement en charge de la structuration, du financement, du développement et de la gestion des projets IRVE,
- Vous analysez les opportunités de tiers investissement (appels d'offres ou opportunités ad hoc) et formulez des réponses ou offres en coordination avec l'équipe commerciale, l'équipe financement, l'équipe technique, et l'équipe juridique.

Vous maintenez une veille de marché des IRVE et travaillez avec les équipes de modélisation trafic afin d'orienter les équipes commerciales vers les opportunités à haut potentiel en tiers investissement.

Vous recrutez, animez et faites évoluer votre équipe de business developer.
Vous dirigez, supervisez et coordonnez les équipes internes, les conseils externes, les sous-traitants, et les prestataires dans le cadre de la préparation d'offres en tiers investissement, des processus de financement (due diligence, business plans et négociations des accords de financement), des négociations de contrats locatifs ou de contrats projets (Developpement, EPC, OetM et Asset Management).

Vous sécurisez / closez les opportunités tiers investissement et assurez le handover aux équipes déploiement tout en mettant en place une série de KPIs de suivi du taux de réussite et de la matérialité des deals closés.

Vous identifiez les risques liés aux projets ou AO en tiers investissement, et proposer des actions de mitigations.

Vous développez, mettrez en place, et former les équipes DRIVECO à de nouvelles offres en tiers investissement afin de répondre aux développements du marché mais aussi aux problématiques des hébergeurs ou des utilisateurs H/F/X, de formation supérieure technique, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 6 à 10 ans en Business Développement (structuration d'offres et closing des deals), idéalement dans le secteur des renouvelables, des IRVE ou de marchés similaires (ex : la Fibre ou les Infrastructures). Une expérience dans la structuration et la contractualisation de financements de projet, la négociation de contrats projets (EPC, OetM, Asset Management), et locatifs (baux et / ou protocoles d'accord), en MetA ou en transactions financières/contractuelles est un plus.

Doté d'un excellent relationnel, vous êtes curieux, autonome et capable de vous adapter facilement à de nouveaux environnements. Reconnu pour vos capacités d'analyse et de négociation, vous savez faire la différence par votre rigueur, sens de l'organisation et capacité à prioriser. Votre esprit d'équipe et votre sens du leadership sont de réels atouts. Bonne maîtrise des outils IT, Permis B. Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais. Des déplacements occasionnels en France et les pays limitrophes sont à prévoir.
