**Role Overview**:
Step into a pivotal role as a Technical Account Manager at Kamino Retail, leveraging your technical expertise to enhance our dynamic team. You'll provide high-quality technical solutions, build strong client relationships, and play a crucial role in achieving our objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and propose tailored technical solutions.
- Ensure successful implementation of technical solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration and an exceptional experience.
- Provide top-tier technical support to clients, resolving issues and addressing inquiries efficiently and timely.
- Act as a crucial liaison between internal technical teams and clients, ensuring transparent communication and client satisfaction.
- Actively participate in identifying product improvement opportunities and conveying customer feedback to the development team.
**Qualifications**:
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of technologies related to retail media and a passion for technical solutions.
- Prior experience in a similar technical solution management role, preferably within the retail media industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Proactively troubleshoot technical issues and provide optimal solutions.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Knowledge of programming languages and project management is a plus.
