**The role**
Our French team is looking for a **Fleet **Sales** **Lead **who will be part of building and running our important Fleet business. Through your customer-oriented approach and understanding of each customer's unique needs and preferences, you are a support throughout the entire customer journey. At ZEEKR, we build strong relationships with our customers by offering outstanding service and guidance through the chain.
**This is what you will do most of the time**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Fleet customers and Leasing companies, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
- Set and achieve specific Fleet sector sales targets that contribute to ZEEKR's overall revenue targets.
- Develop a deep understanding of ZEEKR's Fleet offering and effectively communicate our value proposition to customers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with Fleet customers to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Conduct market analysis to understand trends in the Fleet sector, identify new opportunities and stay one step ahead of the competition.
- Ensure exceptional customer service to our Fleet customers and address any issues quickly and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with other departments within ZEEKR, such as Sales, Service and Logistics to ensure smooth operation and coordination for Fleet customers.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback and market trends, providing valuable insights to ZEEKR management.
- Constantly identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Fleet sector including partnerships, collaborations and new client acquisitions.
- Ensure that all activities and transactions comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
**To be successful in this role you should demonstrate**:
- A customer-oriented approach with a strong understanding of sales and customer satisfaction.
- Experience of B2B in the automotive industry.
- Solution oriented with the ability to analyze problems and explore different types of possible solutions.
- Good collaboration skills, you are used to working in teams and with colleagues from different departments.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of independent thinking and analytical ability.
- Excellent presentation skills and skilled in negotiation.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as fluent English and French, both spoken and written.
- Degree in Business or similar is a nice-to-have.
