Gessi has been designing and manufacturing exclusive bathroom and kitchen fittings and furnishings for almost 30 years. Today, the Gessi brand is acknowledged worldwide for its fashionable bathroom designs in all types of living environments, including hotels, spas, yachts and private residences.

At the heart of the French Market we are looking for a talented Business Development Manager with at least 2 years of experience in a sales role preferably in the furniture or design sector.

France - Lyon

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to reach _project sales _targets in the reference area.
- Will work closely to our customer to inflate our culture and to help him to maximize the sales opportunities.
- Responsible to identify key designers and developers of the area working in the luxury real estate and to build long-term collaborations.
- Responsible to define customer plans with our partner, based on annual and 3-years growth targets that take into account the value chain (from sell-in to sell-out price).
- Responsible for carefully prepare updates on the performances of the reference area for each periodic review with the zone director.
- Business intelligence on the market on products, players, pricing and R&D
- Dealing with back office team of the HQ in order to provide the client with the best service in terms of quality and timing
