**Descriptif du poste**
En tant que Global Account Manager (GAM), vous êtes responsable de la gestion d'un portefeuille client composé de nos plus grandes marques sur le réseau.
Vous faites partie d'une équipe internationale, à la fois localement dans notre bureau Parisien et au sein de l'équipe londonienne de service à la clientèle d'Awin. Vous serez soutenu par des Account Executives/AdOps Spécialists, et il est donc essentiel que vous soyez capable de déléguer des tâches et de travailler efficacement avec différentes équipes au sein d'Awin.
**Responsabilités clés**
- Gérer et optimiser vos programmes pour répondre aux besoins du client.
- Gérer les relations avec les affiliés.
- Avoir une approche proactive pour résoudre les problèmes avec vos clients.
- Travailler de manière indépendante pour produire tous les documents et rapports nécessaires à la gestion des comptes clés.
- Apporter son soutien aux membres de l'équipe dans la gestion de leurs programmes si nécessaire.
- Assister à des événements pour améliorer le développement des relations avec les clients.
- Agir en tant qu'extension de l'équipe du client, en apportant des idées novatrices et une orientation stratégique.
- S'assurer que les bonnes pratiques de gestion de compte sont appliquées efficacement.
**Compétences et expérience requises**
Compétences professionnelles
- Une bonne compréhension de l'industrie du marketing d'affiliation.
- Une bonne connaissance des différents KPIs.
- Un excellent niveau de français (écrit et oral) et un bon niveau d'anglais (écrit et oral).
- De bonnes compétences analytiques et une facilité avec les chiffres, Excel et le pack office.

- Un bon sens de la négociation et un bon relationnel pour fidéliser des partenaires sur le long terme.
- Vous êtes quelqu'un d'ambitieux, travailleur, bienveillant, vous êtes aussi capable de vous intégrer au sein d'une structure dynamique, solide, leader de son secteur et accélérateur de carrière.
