We are looking for a Global Account Director based in France to lead the relationship and strategy within Exclusive Networks, this role will be specifically looking after Orange. Exclusive Networks work with System Integrators and Service Providers on a global scale, with the objective to increase spend, share of wallet and consumer awareness.

A key focus of this role with be to create and execute a services sales strategy, weaving Exclusive Networks services value into the overarching relationships with the global customers and increase vendor mix and promotion of the Exclusive Networks Global Solutions portfolio.

As the Global Account Director, you will:

- Build and Execute 3 Year Business Plan for each GSI/SP, identifying strategic initiatives and define a wider value proposition.
- Manage and maximise existing pipeline and forecasts working with local countries.
- Achieve monetary and growth targets for financial year
- Develop, document and co-ordinate the cadence of peer-to-peer relationships with the partners key stakeholders from Executive Team to Sales Teams.
- Develop, document and co-ordinate the cadence of peer-to-peer relationships with the vendors key stakeholders
- Develop and co-ordinate the wider GSI/SP team internally within Exclusive Networks.
- Develop initiatives, strategies, and programs to win new services sales in key accounts
- Partner and co-ordinate with the wider Business Units to execute the business plans
- Manage and maintain legal contracts, ensuring they are in place, communicated and understood.
- Ownership of Quarterly Business Reviews
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and trade margin
- Deliver accurate business forecasting and monthly executive summaries
- Develop, document and co-ordinate the cadence of peer-to-peer relationships with the vendors key stakeholders

The ideal Global Account Director will:

- Have a proven commercial sales background within IT and IT services Channel
- Have demonstrable success in selling IT product and services to global clients
- previous experience working and hold a strong relationship with Orange
- Have a rounded business acumen of all aspects of a partner’s business.
- Be a confident and pro-active Account manager with excellent Customer Service and Business Development skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be Passionate about technology and the role it plays in transformation
- Collaborative, analytical, and inquisitive approach
- Must be based in France and have the correct right to work documents
- Excellent English language skills
- Full, valid Driving License
- Willing to travel
