Afin d'accompagner la croissance d'Innovorder, **nous recrutons une(e) Sales Development Representative en alternance** pour le pôle Commercial.
En tant que SDR, ton rôle sera de générer un maximum d'opportunités commerciales (100% _outbound_) et de travailler main dans la main avec les Account Executives.
Identifier, qualifier et convaincre les prospects sont les maîtres mots de tes journées.
**Tes missions**:
- prospecter et construire un pipeline de vente dans l'optique de générer des leads qualifiés pour nos Account executives (80% de ton temps sera dédié à la prospection téléphonique)
- comprendre les besoins de tes prospects (restaurateurs indépendants ou petites chaînes de restauration) pour leur proposer une solution adaptée
- identifier les décideurs clés
- travailler main dans la main avec le team lead de ton équipe pour développer ton pipeline et atteindre tes objectifs mensuels
- veiller à rentrer des données claires et pertinentes des clients potentiels dans notre CRM Hubspot
- échanger avec ton équipe de manière proactive sur tes idées, best practices dans le but d'améliorer les process d’Innovorder

**Profil recherché**:

- tu prépares un diplôme de niveau M1 ou M2 et tu justifies d'une 1ère expérience Sales BtoB (stage ou alternance), idéalement en tant que SDR.
Rythme d’alternance souhaité : 3 semaines entreprise/1 semaine école, ou bien 4 jours entreprise/1 jour école

**Cette alternance sera susceptible de déboucher sur un CDI en tant que SDR (outbound/inbound) si notre croissance actuelle se maintient.**
