Job Title: Technical Services Account Manager

At Amazon, we're looking for a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our Strategic Industries team. As a key member of our Enterprise Support team, you'll work closely with customers to understand their technical needs and provide strategic guidance to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to identify technical requirements and develop solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Architects, Business Developers, and Sales Account Managers, to drive customer success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering and technology teams.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers on AWS services, including Compute, Storage, Database, and more.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and French language.
