Job Title: Technical Services Account Manager

At Amazon, we're seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Account Manager to join our Strategic Industries team. As a key member of our Enterprise Support team, you will be responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from our largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Architects, Business Developers, and Sales Account Managers, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with engineering and technology teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Fluently communicate with customers in English and French, and possess a deep understanding of cloud computing, storage, networking, and security.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in influencing management stakeholders on technical, operational, or business strategic decisions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
