**Business Development Manager, germanophone - CDI à Paris**

Tu as la possibilité de soutenir une entreprise française à succès et à forte croissance également sur le marché allemand. Tu gagneras de nouveaux « vendeurs » et continueras à les accompagner au cours des premiers mois.

**Votre rôle**
- **Identification des clients** : Tu recherches et identifies de nouveaux clients potentiels qui pourraient devenir des partenaires à long terme pour l'entreprise.
- **Présentation** : Tu convaincs ces partenaires potentiels de travailler avec toi, que ce soit par téléphone ou lors d'entretiens personnels occasionnels.
- **Négociation** : Tu es chargé(e) de négocier les meilleures conditions et d'assurer le succès du partenariat.
- **Intégration et développement**: Tu t'occupes de l'intégration complète des nouveaux vendeurs sur la plate-forme et tu les soutiens également pendant les premiers mois.
- **Projets et amélioration des processus** : Tu participes à des projets interdépartementaux afin de développer et d'optimiser les processus et les outils de développement commercial en Allemagne.

- Tu parles l'allemand à un niveau de langue maternelle et l'anglais couramment.
- Tu es titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire (Bac +5) ou d'une formation équivalente.
- Tu as au moins 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente, idéalement dans le business development ou le e-commerce.
- Tu es passionné(e) par la prospection, les pitchs, les négociations et les échanges avec les dirigeants.
- Tu es persévérant et ne te décourages pas facilement
- Tu sais communiquer de manière claire et précise avec les partenaires commerciaux et les équipes internes et tu as d'excellentes compétences écrites, orales et interpersonnelles.
- Tu travailles avec beaucoup de précision et tu as la capacité d'appréhender rapidement des situations complexes, dans le but d'évoluer continuellement dans un environnement dynamique.
- Tu as une bonne compréhension des enjeux du commerce électronique (B2B, sélection des produits, expérience de livraison, concurrents).
- Tu possèdes des compétences analytiques et tu maîtrises parfaitement les outils Google et Excel.

**Ce qui est proposé**
- Salaire attractif selon l'expérience : 44 000 - 53 000 € bruts par an.
- 2 jours au bureau / 3 jours en télétravail.
- 5 semaines de travail à distance consécutives par an en France ou en Europe.
- 10 € par jour (Ticket Resto).
- Subvention de 50 % pour les frais de transport.
- Aide à la complémentaire santé (mutuelle).
