Le rôle
En tant que fournisseur de données et d'informations sur les clients au sein du département des comptes stratégiques, vous aurez la responsabilité de conduire l'analyse marketing des clients, de développer la stratégie commerciale pour les comptes globaux couvrant différentes dimensions.
Vous serez chargé(e) de mener des recherches d'informations et des études sur les clients. Vous serez également responsable de la production de livrables en matière de connaissance des clients.
Responsabilités
Précisément, votre activité s'articulera autour des missions suivantes:
- Formaliser les résultats et les conclusions de vos analyses sous forme de livrables Customer Insight : pour cela, construire un argumentaire structuré, mettre en avant les messages clés à l'aide de visuels forts, et adapter le contenu des messages et le format des livrables en fonction des cibles. Assurez ensuite la présentation à la direction et au personnel opérationnel concernés.
- Synthétiser toutes les informations collectées (quantitatives et qualitatives) pour produire des résultats lisibles et pertinents au niveau de la cartographie des clients, - mettre en évidence les nouveaux défis et les nouvelles opportunités.
- Soutenir l'équipe commerciale en lui fournissant un support business et stratégique pertinent à utiliser lors des réunions clients et des réunions de management internes.
- En collaboration avec les équipes commerciales, vous participez à l'analyse de la performance commerciale des comptes clés, vous produisez et assurez la mise à jour des supports de suivi des indicateurs clés et la centralisation des données (pour tout type de parties prenantes, y compris la direction TOP).
- Vous mettez à disposition des équipes commerciales les outils nécessaires à la collecte et à la centralisation des données, et coordonnez les mises à jour et le partage d'informations avec les différentes équipes (IT, CRM, etc.).
Profil et qualifications
- Formation supérieure (BAC+5) en commerce international, marketing, gestion (Master en commerce, marketing)
- Microsoft office : Connaissance avancée de PowerPoint et bon niveau d'Excel (Bonne compréhension des chiffres indispensable)
- Maîtrise des outils de suivi/rapport
- Très bonne maîtrise de l'anglais (oral et écrit)
- Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles pour l'élaboration de supports, vous maîtrisez parfaitement les codes de la communication
- Bon niveau : d'analyse, de synthèse, et de rédaction
- Curiosité et sens de l'innovation
- Dynamisme et bon relationnel : adaptabilité, fiabilité, rigueur, autonomie, proactivité, sens du travail en équipe
- Bonne communication orale
- Orienté vers les résultats
