Actuellement, **nous recherchons pour le compte de l'un de nos clients**, une start-up dévouée à accompagner les artisans fleuristes dans la vente de leurs créations authentiques en ligne, son/sa futur(e) **Customer Success Manger H/F à Paris (18ème) en stage.**

**Missions**:
Assurer la satisfaction des clients fleuristes en les accompagnant au quotidien en fonction de leurs besoins ainsi qu’améliorer leurs performances de manière proactive.

Vos missions seront les suivantes:

- Gestion d’un portefeuille de clients au quotidien en toute réactivité et efficacité
- Onboarding des clients et mise à disposition des outils (back-office)
- Déployer les leviers de performances prioritaires sur une cible de clients à fort potentiel
- Assurer la rétention client vers un taux de résiliation mínimal

**Profil recherché**:

- Étudiant(e) en développement commercial ou domaine équivalent, avec une expérience réussie dans le service client.
- Solide compétence dans l'utilisation des outils numériques, notamment les CRM, Google Suite, Slack, etc.
- Capacité démontrée à être organisé(e), rigoureux(euse) et persévérant(e), tout en faisant preuve d'autonomie et de proactivité dans la gestion de la relation client.
