Dans le cadre du développement de l’équipe Relation Client, Digisap Solutions recrute son/sa Customer Success Manager qui aura la charge d’assurer une bonne relation et la satisfaction de notre clientèle. Également, de développer le portefeuille clients. La mise en place des stratégies pour fidéliser les clients est son principal challenge 

Le Customer Success Manager a également un rôle de conseiller et offre des solutions innovantes afin d’améliorer la satisfaction des clients.

**Être Customer Success chez Digisap Solutions c’est**:

- Former et accompagner l’utilisateur dans la prise en main du produit/service.
- Gérer un portefeuille client en prenant des initiatives ayant pour objectif de fidélisation.
- Proposer les services aux clients pour améliorer leur satisfaction (up-selling).
- Analyser les risques de churn.
- Gérer les réclamations et désabonnements des clients.
- Assurer un suivi de l’expérience client et analyser les indicateurs de performance.
- Proposer des améliorations sur l’outil.
- Analyse des remontées clients.

**Les Qualités Requises pour le poste**:

- Vous possédez d’excellentes compétences en communication et écoute.
- Vous maîtrisez les techniques de vente et de négociation
- Une bonne connaissance des outils CRM
- Vous êtes pourvu(e) d’un bon d’esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.
- Vous avez une forte appétence pour la Relation Client.

- **Salaire** : Rémunération comprise entre 35K € et 37K €
- **Type de contrat** : CDI temps plein
