A proximité de la Tour Eiffel, le Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel propose 764 chambres, deux restaurants dont le « Greem », un restaurant gastronomique japonais « Le Benkay », ainsi qu’un centre de convention de 3000m² avec un amphithéâtre et 30 salles de séminaire.

Face à la Seine, nos clients peuvent se restaurer dans notre bar et se détendre dans notre centre de fitness qui dispose d’une piscine avec un toit ouvrant.

Doté d’une clientèle internationale multi segments, son équipe de près de 300 talents participent au succès de l’hôtel.

**Description du poste** Description de l'emploi**:
Nous recherchons un(e) _Sales Exécutive Senior_ B to B talentueux, maîtrisant les stratégies de vente et les techniques de négociation. Vous développerez un portefeuille clients en gérant des comptes et en prospectant de nouvelles opportunités. À l'aise avec les chiffres, vous utiliserez des outils _CRM_ (Customer Relationship Management) pour optimiser la relation client. Votre expérience _en Account Management_ et en Chasse fera de vous un(e) _Sales Exécutive_ Senior hors pair pour notre hôtel.

**Missions**:
En tant que _Sales Exécutive Sénior_, rattaché (e) à la Directrice des Ventes et Marketing, vous aurez pour missions principales:
**1/** **Développement du chiffre d’affaires global de l’hôtel et plus particulièrement du chiffre d’affaires B to B segment individuel affaires**
- Fidéliser et animer les comptes clients existants : animations en direct ou _via_ les équipes des Ventes Accor Europe.
- Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients : domestiques et multi marchés.
- Animer les différents bureaux de vente Accor à l’international et des partenaires, institutions, à travers son réseau.
- Organiser des actions de promotion des ventes : cocktail, blitz, soirées clients, etc.
- Suivre les demandes de réservations individuelles B to B.

**2/ Démarchages et actions commerciales**
- Participer à l’élaboration du Plan d’Action Commercial annuel avec la Directrice des Ventes.
- Représenter le Novotel sur les missions et les salons en France et à l’étranger.
- Mettre en place d’actions commerciales ciblées en accord avec sa Direction telles que : Roadshows, workshops, etc.

**Zone Primaire**:

- Analyser la concurrence : connaissance de l’offre hôtelière, identifier les partenaires, etc.
- Mapping des clients corporate sur la zone primaire.
- Animer le portefeuille clients et mettre en place des partenariats.
- 3/ **Suivi des performances clients et analyse des résultats du portefeuille**
- Analyser les performances clients : suivi des nuitées, chiffres d’affaires, progression de la part de marché, etc.
- Produire de tableaux de bord clients.
- Identifier les comptes à fort potentiel, les clients matures, etc.
- Définir les marchés niches grâce à une analyse approfondie en collaboration avec le Revenue Manager.
- Présenter les résultats mensuels et trimestriels de son portefeuille clients à sa Direction.
- Avoir une stratégie Pricing clients en collaboration avec le Revenue Manager.

**Qualifications** Profil**:
Un(e) _Sales Exécutive Senior_ terrain expérimenté(e), déterminé(e) à atteindre les objectifs fixés par sa Direction et prêt à relever des défis Les compétences et les qualités attendues pour ce poste:

- Maîtriser les techniques de vente et de négociations
- Maîtriser parfaite l’anglais (écrit et à l’oral)
- Connaître des cultures internationales pour réussir dans ses missions
- Connaître les techniques de négociation
- Maîtriser les outils de gestion de base de données (CRM)
- Avoir une aisance relationnelle et en communication
- Avoir une bonne connaissance du marché
- Savoir bien gérer son stress
- Avoir une bonne capacité d’organisation et de gestion du temps
- Avoir un esprit de leadership
- Être capable de prendre des décisions rapides et efficaces, dans l’intérêt de l’hôtel
