Avec des programmes allant des écoles d'été au Royaume-Uni à des projets de volontariat au Costa Rica, notre mission est de garantir une solution parfaite à chaque client, enrichie par un service personnalisé et impeccable.
Pour l'année universitaire en cours, nous recherchons à nouveau un stagiaire pour rejoindre notre équipe des Opérations à Paris. Ce rôle est crucial dans la coordination de nos programmes linguistiques à l'étranger, garantissant des expériences inoubliables pour nos clients.
**Quelles seront tes responsabilités ?**
Au sein de l'équipe des Opérations et sous la direction de notre COO, tu seras impliqué(e) dans:
- La communication directe avec nos clients et partenaires pour fournir un accompagnement de premier ordre.
- Le travail avec des écoles partenaires et coordinateurs locaux pour assurer des séjours linguistiques de qualité.
- La traduction de documents, création de factures et de documents de voyage essentiels au bon déroulement des séjours.
- La réalisation de suivis administratifs et d'entretiens pour évaluer le niveau de langue des participants.

- Tu manifestes une grande flexibilité et une forte autonomie, avec une motivation et une confiance en toi indéfectibles.
- Tu démontres une attention aux détails et des compétences exceptionnelles en gestion de la relation client.
- Tu possèdes une excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, ainsi qu'une bonne connaissance des logiciels informatiques.

- Tu es organisé(e), capable de jongler entre plusieurs projets sans perdre de vue la qualité.
- Le travail en petite équipe te motive et tu es prêt(e) à embrasser une grande variété de tâches.
- Fort(e) d'une expérience en service client, tu sais communiquer clairement et efficacement.

**Dates**: Du lundi 25 mars au vendredi 30 août 2024 (d'autres dates et durées peuvent être envisagées).
**Gratification**: Gratification de stage standard en France (environ 639€/mois) + titre de transport.
**Lieu**: 22 avenue Victor Hugo, 75116, Paris.
