Dédié à une clientèle exclusive, notre service de conciergerie est à l'écoute de nos clients prestigieux. Fort d’un portefeuille d’établissements d'une grande notoriété (Girafe, Monsieur Bleu, Mun, Coco, Gigi, Maison Revka, Perruche ), le service s’engage à offrir des prestations personnalisées à chacun de ses membres privilégiés. En contribuant au développement de ce service, vous êtes gage de qualité auprès des clients qui font la renommée de nos lieux.
Au sein de la Direction de l’expérience client, rattaché(e) à notre Guest Relation Manager, vous accompagnez la clientèle VIP du groupe tout au long de son parcours au sein de nos établissements et êtes garant de l’excellence Paris Society. A ce titre vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes:
- Prise de réservation téléphonique pour les membres
- Elaboration, suivi et mise à jour des fiches clients VIP
- Suivi des campagnes marketing et communication dédiées à notre clientèle VIP
En parallèle vous assistez notre Guest Relation Manager dans le développement de l’expérience client VIP au sein des établissements:
- Développement des prestations de chacun des restaurants
- Personnalisation de l’offre en fonction du profil client
Vous êtes également support pour le développement du service de conciergerie et participez à l’organisation d’évènements privés pour nos prestigieux membres.
Vous justifiez d’une première expérience significative dans la gestion de la relation client dans des environnements exigeants et hauts de gamme en tant qu'hôte/hôtesse, guest relation ou dans l'évènementiel.
Doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel et d’un très bon niveau de communication, vous faites preuve d’une grande disponibilité et avez le sens de la confidentialité.
Votre orthographe est parfaite et votre niveau d'anglais est opérationnel.
