MISSIONS PRINCIPALES:
**Traitement des commandes des hôpitaux & cliniques en France**:

- Vous saisissez, traitez, expédiez et suivez les commandes de renouvellements des dépôts en collaboration étroite avec le service logistique.
- Vous facturez les poses effectuées par les cliniques et hôpitaux,
- Vous réalisez et suivez les demandes de prêts et dépôts de matériel auprès du service logistique.

**Contact privilégié des cliniques et hôpitaux clients du groupe en France, en collaboration avec le service commercial**:

- Vous assistez les commerciaux et agents pour les demandes concernant les stocks, l’envoi de brochures marketing, réponses aux appels d’offre, envoi de matériel supplémentaire, etc.

**Suivi et optimisation des stocks dans les hôpitaux/cliniques France**:

- Vous gérez avec les hôpitaux les reliquats, les récapitulatifs de poses, effectuez le suivi des périmés
- Vous participer aux inventaires à distance et sur place.

**Réponses aux appels d’offres France.**

**Votre profil**:

- Vous disposez d’une première expérience sur un poste similaire, idéalement en PME et secteur médical
- Vous maitrisez :les techniques de l’administration des ventes (saisie et traitement de commandes, facturation, relation clients).
- Langues : Anglais professionnel (oral & écrit)
- Informatique : maitrise de pack office (excel en particulier), ERP (Sage idéalement)
- Études : bac+2/3 assistant manager, gestion pme-pmi, gestion administrative.
